21st Century Leaders Speak is a Round Table series conceived by Rita Shah to champion gender-balanced leadership in the private sector. Each Round Table focusses on a diversity topic and aims to:

1. Take stock of the current landscape and create awareness with hard facts.

2. Stimulate meaningful discussion and sharing across industries.

3. Influence leaders (both female and male) to advocate internally and promote gender diversity at C-suite and upper management levels.

Facilitated by Rita, the series is proving to be a successful engagement forum with business and HR leaders across industries to push the current boundaries, and challenge the 20th century mindsets towards gender diversity in critical decision-making positions.

Working together, we aim to pave the way for talented and motivated women to rise to leadership positions on an equal footing with men.

Our purpose is to widen the leadership pipeline by making it easier for women to choose an ambitious career path.

As Malaysia aims to achieve high-income nation status, we believe it is critical that our under-developed talent pool is given every opportunity to realise its potential.

Thank you. We will get back to you shortly.
