Having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and the US, Rita continues to work with clients internationally and across industries, including banking & finance, technology, FMCG, energy, media and education, supporting succession planning, talent development and diversity & inclusion strategies.


Over the past 20+ years, Rita has gained valuable experience in multinational and entrepreneurial environments. She started her professional life as a lawyer, worked for several years in the publishing and media industry and later founded a design and production company which exposed her to international business complexities. ​Her extensive and diverse experience places Rita in a unique position to support leaders and help them build robust strategies for personal and professional success.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Rita launched the leadership podcast “The Business of Brains” with the aim of sharing the new knowledge about the brain, and supporting leaders in creating the conditions for their people to thrive, not just survive, in organisations.

Emma Russell

Emma is an executive coach and a designer and facilitator of leadership development and executive training programmes. Prior to pursuing her professional coaching certification, Emma coached leaders within the corporate environment for over 10 years.


Since leaving the corporate world, Emma coaches driven, visionary leaders who want to have more impact and be more fulfilled in their lives. Her work involves understanding the sources of energy within leaders that limit or hold them back. Once understood, the energy that was previously giving rise to self-limiting thoughts and behaviours can be redirected to living, driving improved performance, a deep understanding of self, and a sense of well-being. Emma works with leaders to ultimately help them see, understand and uncover their potential. She supports them to use their innate resourcefulness to thrive in complex situations. With a background in drama, she is passionate about communication, seeing it as the key to connection and inspiration.


Emma has over 18 years of experience in the corporate world and understands the complexities that her coaches face. The majority of her corporate experience was spent in senior finance, commercial and change management roles within Shell. Emma has been a leader for over 10 years and is passionate about human development. She has worked in the UK, Poland, India and Malaysia and led large multicultural teams, guiding people through changes and organisational transitions whilst being at a design level in many organisational changes. Emma holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD (Dean’s List).

Jocelyn Ng

Jocelyn’s expertise lies in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Management, Marketing, Business Development and Talent Development. She specialises in Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail. Jocelyn consults, speaks and facilitates in these areas.

She was the first Malaysian and first woman to be appointed Chief Operating Officer of UNIQLO Malaysia from March 2015 to July 2017. Prior to that, she was the first Malaysian and first female General Manager of PepsiCo Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Mongolia and the Pacific Islands.

Jocelyn strongly believes that Diversity and Inclusion fosters creativity and dialogue, and drives sustainable growth. She led PepsiCo Malaysia to win the 2014 TalentCorp Life@Work Award (Lean Organisation), and the 2014 PepsiCo Harvey C. Russell Award for D&I.

She is a sustainability advocate and won the 2013 PepsiCo Asia-Pacific Performance with Purpose Award for Human Sustainability.

Before entering general management, Jocelyn spent most of her career in marketing for companies such as PepsiCo, Danone, JT International, and British American Tobacco. She has won a number of marketing and branding awards, including two Malaysian EFFIE awards. She was also named one of the Top 50 CMOs in Malaysia by MARKETING Magazine in 2013.
