One of the most challenging aspects of leadership is working with and through other people. The first step is to know who you are and what type of leader you want to be. ACCELERATE takes millennial participants through a journey of reflection to discover how to become effective future leaders.

An excellent programme where I learnt various useful techniques from the facilitators, speakers as well as participants on ways to deal with situations encountered in our daily working lives.
